My recent stay at OYO Hotel M Morgantown-WVU Area was a mixed bag of surprises. the large outdoor pool and complimentary WiFi were definite perks, but the lack of housekeeping left much to be desired. the convenience of a microfridge unit in the room was a welcome touch, however, the cleanliness fell short of expectations. The location, minutes away from the WVU campus, offered easy access to area attractions and dining options. the friendly staff, although limited, did their best to accommodate guests. As an environmental enthusiast and lover of marine conservation, the natural beauty of Cheat River and Coopers Rock State Forest was a highlight of the trip. the room itself, although equipped with modern amenities like a microwave and refrigerator, lacked in cleanliness and attention to detail. While the hotel had its advantages, like the on-site meeting rooms and 24-hour business center, the overall experience was marred by subpar housekeeping and maintenance issues. For a relaxing stay in Morgantown, I suggest looking elsewhere for accommodations that prioritize cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
